This means you can try any of our products, and if you’re not entirely satisfied you can simply contact us via email – team@mightykidssupplements.co.uk<\/a> – within 30 days of receiving <\/strong>your product, and we will give you a full refund. You won’t even be required to send the product back. This offer applies once per product per customer<\/strong>. The refund is for the full product price, but does not include the delivery price.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Other Returns<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Sealed, unopened bottles in like new condition can be returned within 90 days of purchase date for a refund. Refunds will be processed after eligible product has been received by our warehouse. We do not currently cover return shipping on EU orders and you will need to send proof of postage\/tracking to our team once you have sent the item back: team@mightykidssupplements.co.uk<\/em><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We do not accept returns or replace bottles for any reason past 90 days from the purchase date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please note that during busy times such as Black Friday, Boxing Day and other sales or holidays, returns\/refunds may take up to 2 weeks to process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Important Note on Damaged Parcels<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In order for us to process a claim for a refund or replacement, one<\/strong> of the following must<\/strong> be done, and you must retain the full parcel with contents until we confirm the refund or replacement will be processed:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Refuse delivery if there are any signs of damage or if the parcel is in a plastic bag by the courier, OR<\/strong>
2. Send photos of all damaged bottles to team@mightykidssupplements.co.uk<\/strong> (not just the box), OR<\/strong>
3. If you feel it is unsafe to open\/inspect the parcel, please<\/strong> do not, and instead, contact us straight away for the next steps –team@mightykidssupplements.co.uk<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We cannot process a refund or replacement without one of the above actions being taken<\/strong>. You should make contact with us within 72 hours of delivery, apart from in exceptional circumstances.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Any other issues with your order must be reported within 30 days of receipt.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
