Welcome to the Mighty Kids customer care assessment. The following questions are designed to test your ability to quickly get to grips with answering the kinds of questions that our customers regularly ask us. Besides advising our customers about product related questions such as dosage, we also give them advice relating to the possible effects of the vitamins and minerals we offer. This is an extremely broad field of knowledge, and it’s certain that nobody at any supplement company knows all that there is to know here, so researching (via a simple Google search) and seeking out reliable sources of information is often helpful. It is also recommended that you begin by searching for information on the product pages of the Mighty Kids website.
You’re not expected to have any specialised knowledge for this, but where specialised knowledge seems to be required, you will score well if you are able to quickly research the topic on Google, and cite a reliable reference for the information you’ve given.
IMPORTANT: When leaving this page to perform research, do not close this browser window or your answers will be lost. You should instead open additional browser tabs for your research.
Part 2 of the test will require the following article: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4818067/
Please note that we do not give any medical advice when replying to customers, but we try to find ways to help these customers where appropriate.
The time limit is 3 hours, and tests submitted after 1.15pm will not be accepted. You should aim to spend no more than an hour on the first section, and no more than an hour on the second and third sections combined. Finishing early will be neither penalised nor rewarded.
Good luck!
