Omega-3 is SUCH a mega important nutrient!

I’ve heard so many health experts say that if they could choose just ONE supplement for their children, omega-3 would be right up there at the top of the list!

But WHY?!

Well, here’s something pretty incredible…

Omega-3 fats actually help build the membranes of our brain cells! DHA, in particular, is one of the major structural fats in the brain.

So we’re talking about a nutrient that quite literally forms part of the structure of our children’s growing brains!

And it’s not just the brain. Omega-3s are important for our eyes, heart and normal cell function throughout the body.

It’s also so important for quietening low constant inflammation.

Studies have explored omega-3’s relationship with children’s sleep, memory and learning. One Oxford study even reported that children with poorer sleep slept almost an hour longer following DHA supplementation

Like all nutrients, vitamin C doesn’t do just one thing. It’s involved in so many functions in the body!
