The seasons have a beautiful way of reminding us t

The seasons have a beautiful way of reminding us that there’s something to look forward to in every change. The knits are coming back out, the mornings feel a little cooler, and cosy food is calling.

And alongside enjoying all the lovely things a new season brings, I’m also thinking about being one step ahead of the challenges that can come with it. Back-to-school, less sunshine and the winter months getting closer.

I’m grateful for Mighty Kids all year round because it supports us in so many ways, from their immune system, energy, brain function, focus and nervous system to helping provide key vitamins, minerals and essential fats that can sometimes be harder to consistently cover through food alone. If really selective eating is happening, my first go-to would be the MK Multi containing zinc. Zinc is especially relevant for picky eaters because low zinc status can affect taste and smell, which can reduce appetite and make foods less appealing, potentially reinforcing selective eating.
